- imp0cat 3y agoBut it is comparatively easy to get a "good" bar of chocolate, they are usually marked as "free trade" or something like that. With clothes, there usually is no such indicator.

- herbst 3y agoThere is no one label but there are good brands. Only very few in the big picture that care about sustainability other than pure green washing.

- MomoXenosaga 3y agoIt's only an issue because Shein is Chinese. Nobody cares what Western companies do in Kenia or Bangladesh but the knives come out for China moving up the value chain.
- hef19898 3y agoThere is an extremely thin, but important line between the exploitation of your labour force and using litteral forced labour provided by the government. Both things are despicable, yet they are not really the same.
