I think Psychopathy is expressed differently in women. I think of a psychopath as someone who will hurt you or kill you without feeling any regret or think of it as a problem ever again. That's not commonly associated with women. But I've known of women who wouldn't think twice about ruining a person's life or doing something that eventually leads to someone getting hurt or causing someone's death, without regret, but they mostly wouldn't do it directly. That's still psychopathic behavior. It wouldn't surprise me if it's a 1-to-1 men-to-women ratio.
