The vast majority of cereal is just lumps of sugar extruded into various shapes, with the differentiator being the dyes used and the mascot on the front of the box. Cereal is a bad deal for everybody.
- JohnFen 3y agoTrue. I was taking the most generous interpretation, though, and assuming that by "cereal", he didn't mean the kinds that are straight-up candy.
