Does anybody know offering similar (in price) to their shared instances?

Shameless plug, but we aim to get pretty close to this on Crunchy Bridge (our hobby-0 with 2 vcores starts at $10 a month) - https://www.crunchydata.com/pricing/calculator https://www.crunchydata.com/pricing/calculator.

Another option is Koyeb (disclaimer I work there) - you can deploy 1 managed PostgreSQL database for free. I also wrote a quick comparison of different PostgreSQL databases with free tiers: https://www.koyeb.com/blog/top-postgresql-database-free-tiers-in-2024 https://www.koyeb.com/blog/top-postgresql-database-free-tier... Will need to drop ElephantSQL from the list :(
