Covid-19 mRNA Vaccines: Lessons Learned from Trials and Global Vaccination
- keernan 3y agoTake this down. I thought this was written by the government. Instead it is written by a right wing anti-vax troll farm. Written by truthforhealth.org Total 100% bullshit. Get it out of here. Outrageous this crap is being posted here on HN.
- g42gregory 3y agoI have no idea what the Truth For Health is and why does it matter who wrote it? Is it the truth? I don't know btw. If you have something to say on the substance of the paper, please do so. Maybe somebody with biological background can chime in? Here is the full list of authors: M. Nathaniel Mead [1] , Stephanie Seneff [2] , Russ Wolfinger [3] , Jessica Rose [4] , Kris Denhaerynck [5] , Steve Kirsch [6] , Peter A. McCullough [7], [8] 1. - g42gregory 3y agoHaving said that, I see a lot of people with "Independent Research" background, meaning they currently not affiliated with any institution. That's not encouraging. On the other hand, I see a person from MIT CSAIL, so there is that.
- keernan 3y ago"A study conducted by librarians of Emory University found that Cureus was in the top 2 of institutional publications deemed predatory or untrustworthy." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cureus https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cureus "Steven Todd Kirsch is an American entrepreneur. He has started several companies and was one of two people who independently invented the first version of the optical mouse. Kirsch has been both a philanthropic supporter of medical research, and a promoter of misinformation about COVID-19 vaccines." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Kirsch https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Kirsch
- g42gregory 3y agoI am sorry, but this is still a character attack on the authors. Do you have anything to say about the actual content of the paper?
- keernan 3y agoArticle author Steve Kirsch is identified by Wikipedia as pushing vaccine misinformation. If his article is going to be posted on HN, then his questionable background needs to be posted as well.
