What the hell did I just read lol. Had to doublecheck and see if I was on reddit. Why did you pay 5k for the domain? I have no idea what you two were creating other than “the idea is a bust.” Why did you not implement contingencies? If someone wants out because they no longer believe in the product, they should not be entitled to anything. If you paid for the domain, then you are the sole owner unless ofc you stated it otherwise.
