If you have no familiarity with those subjects, it is better to read about them elsewhere. If you are familar with them, then the analogies just seem shallow and don't provide to the pamphlet other than to fluff it up to make it seem more scientific than it is. The rest of it refers to bankers (Rothchild!), domination and sub-nations. It also has a presumably fake origin story, and smacks of being a modern Elders of Zion like work. I didn't know anything about this pamphlet other than what you posted before reading it (and I only read it because it has a provocative title), but I would suggest to anyone else not to waste their time- go read instructive books on operational research, cybernetics, etc, instead of this pretending to be a secret book from the 70's
