- typeofhuman 3y agoBecause progressives don't believe "reverse racism" is racism - which it objectively is.
- johng 3y agoI have a simple rule I tell people to use when they don't think something is racism. For example, let's say I say: I love all white people. If you reverse the color and say: I love all black people. And you aren't offended, it's not racism. If I were to say: I hate all white people. Some people would say that isn't racist, especially if you are a person of color. But if you take the color and reverse it, they'll say it is racism. That means it's racist. Period.
- vizzier 3y agoIs this bragging? Its written in neutral language. And the numbers are within 0.7% for all. This it outrage bait and nothing else.
- skyyler 3y agoYeah, this is a descriptive slide, not a prescriptive one. They're celebrating that they've made pay equitable enough that the variance in pay across protected classes is within 1% which I think is a commendable goal... It seems like the spin is that this is somehow part of a plan to oppress white men, or something like that. Silly.
