It doesn't even cost anything to create an account and run some test charges, refunds, disputes, balance changes, etc. Of course I was modelling a more complicated setup (charges on behalf of customers), but still, useful stuff IMO. If you have access to an accountant / bookkeeper (relative?) that can help too.
