- chiefalchemist 3y agoWhat they know (at 50k ft) is...globalization, central banks, and the popularity of war continue to devalue all major currencies. Prior to globalization the resulting crisis from such things was localized. Not any more. It's only a matter of time before the sociopolitical bubble bursts on a less localized scale.
- dave4420 3y agoNo. It’s insurance. You don’t buy insurance if you think something will happen, you buy it because you think it might.
- hindsightbias 3y agoHow about creating an open source group for identifying and drawing up hypothetical strategies for capturing bunkers in a post-apocoloyptic era. Gamify it.
- IronWolve 3y agoThe bunkers might be good for the short term, but long term you need to include the security forces families. Not sure a trained security force is going to listen to the billionaires if society fails. And when people need supplies, those are going to be hit first.
