Quite obvious, I want there to be more people if my culture around, whereas I do not mind whether the rest of the cultures dwindle to the numbers more appropriate for them. Everybody is more or less like that, and here is where the issue roots. Right now, some influential cultures, but not all of them, feel existentially endangered.
