    RAG doesn’t ensure there are no hallucinations. It helps, but LLMs can very much still make stuff up.

      Our solution includes a combination of RAG, Intention detection, hint guided response techniques, and tool trigger conversation guidance. The hallucination is quite minimal with the right setup. It is not out of box plug and play solution thing, but we do try our best to make the config as easy as possible.
