You don't need to automate this. I routinely do it with Google images. Just make two images from a slightly different angle centered on the same center. I prefer oblique images. Export them to an iPhone. Flip back and forth between the two images with your finger. It's easy to perceive stereo. I use it for stereo images when I'm in remote areas.
