Intuitive Machines CEO Says One Switch-Flip Led to 'Spicy' Moon Landing
- ungreased0675 3y agoI’m curious why there is a physical lockout switch at all? Also curious what their measures similar companies take to (try to) ensure all critical switches get flipped before takeoff.
- rossdavidh 3y agoSo, it makes sense to me that a laser would have a safety switch. However, someone somewhere forgot to put "disable the laser safety" to the pre-launch checklist. However, as a member of a profession that has to essentially always run code in order to find out what's wrong with it, I throw no stones.
