My experience with tech interviews is that the number one most important thing by far is to be an leetcode master while being friendly and personable. Everything else is secondary or tertiary to the ability to regurgitate perfect hyperoptimal solutions to leetcode mediums and hards in twenty minutes. This won’t cover every single company as there are edge cases, but it’s the most scalable approach covering a huge swathe of companies, including many of the most competitive ones.
