- ghaff 3y agoThe basic argument is making it easier to squeeze people into smaller spaces is a good thing. Whether or not that's accompanied by better transportation, good amenities, etc. is an open question. But carving up housing into smaller pieces will definitely improve prices.
- hindsightbias 3y agoHouston: 671.67 sq mi (1,740 km2) Urban Metro: 1,660.0 sq m (4,299.4 km2) San Francisco: 46.9 sq mi (121.48 km2) Clearly, exactly the same thing. I can't wait for billboards in Dolores Park.
