It looks to me the OP is talking about the victim. Implying that the “heinous” murder of a nun deserves a harsher sentence than the equally “heinous” murder of a drug dealer. I’m not a lawyer, but I hope the law does not make such distinctions. “The victim had it coming” doesn’t make me very symphatetic to the killer, I hope others feel the same.
