The owner of the aircraft has ultimate responsibility for its maintenance.
- s1artibartfast 3y agoSure, the owner has a duty of responsibility, but that doesn't mean it can't be outsourced or that liability in the event of failure transfers back to the owner. It does make sense to include everyone, because it isn't necessarily clear if this was outsourced properly.
