- dfsgdfg 3y agoI think Tenstorrent is based in Canada. At least Jim and his team are all from Canada, and their headquarters seems to be there. Probably more complicated than that but it isn't so clear if this would apply.
- boringuser2 3y agoThat's a 2023 executive order. It's hard to imagine that this gaping hole was left wide open until the deft hand of Joseph Biden took the wheel.
