  It's not a restrictive license. They made the model, they trained the base. They're releasing it for consumer use, but not for businesses to effectively re-sell. Makes perfect sense to me.

    That’s a restrictive license. It’s certainly a reasonable license given the investment they have put into training the model (and Stability’s membership pricing for small companies is, if anything, unreasonably cheap). Nevertheless, it’s frustrating that the industry is fragmenting to a variety of licenses where you have to read the fine print and often licensing information isn’t announced until final release.
