This sounds like a crackpot comment but I've witnessed it firsthand. Got some downright abhorrent content in my DMs from a bot that had joined a mutual server, sending me an invite link to a CP server. It included photos. I messaged Discord via their support line and even DMed them on Twitter. Reported the bot on Discord directly, through the interface. Nothing, no response. The content sat in my DMs without the user being banned for what felt like a year.
