If you stayed at a company for six months and got a Nobel prize for the work during your stay, that beats working sixty years at that same company at average performance.
I am a little annoyed at the vacuous posts that just list name of company or salary as a signal for whether they have done significant work. It’s a weak signal at best.

I'm not going to ding a junior for short stints, but if I see someone with 10 years of experience who never stayed at any company for longer than 2 years then I'm going to be extremely suspicious depending on kind of role I have. If I have a role that requires deep domain knowledge and relationships to be effective, pass. If I just need someone to come in and crank something out, then I'll check them out to see if there's any notable red flags.

I get a job just to take pay cuts every year and then have surprise on call dropped on me four months in. If an employer will reward loyalty I'll stay. None that I have ever heard of do. I leave. Maybe that's a me problem. Maybe I need to learn to deal with being happy to be disrespected.
