Software developing hasn't been at all tolerant of ADHD in my experience. All employers care about is churning out code as fast as humanly possible. Any forgetfulness or deviation from the strictly defined agile process is harshly punished.
- flir 3y agoI think it used to be, and it's getting less so over time. The culture probably dilutes as it expands. Think about the stories you hear about the early days of Silicon Valley or game development. The characters. Then try to imagine how they'd fare in your standard drone-level job today.
