Some of this is spot on. I talked to it the way that I like to be talked to and I immediately diffused its anxiety. Then I played around with some other unorthodox situations and I completely confused it. 10/10

  It's pretty good. I'm going to try some things in the future. If I have anxiety about something I'm going to talk it through with this and see if I can positive self talk the situation
