Not sure how serious your request is, because it sounds like you haven't really thought things through. Why do you need to be in the US? Do you have the legal right to go the US to live and work? How will you support yourself in the first few years until your startup is earning money? If you really need to be in the US for some reason, then does it matter where? In Tucumcari, New Mexico you can rent a 2-bedroom house for $700. One bedroom for you, one for an office, done. Not totally a joke - it's a nice climate, but in a very small, very remote town. If you want to be in Silicon Valley, well, you probably cannot afford it. Think about what you want, and what you actually need. Come back with a better set of questions...
