Well. I guess there is more than one way to address the cost of health care and lack of motivated medical students in the US. "US citizens need less care". Not the blatantly artificial cost of this care, exorbitant cost to earn the education necessary to deliver it, nor of course - the full-throttle capitalism that drives _profit_ above human life.
