You should know that if you're interacting with an AI tool through various social channels – facebook, twitter, instagram, texting – those chats are not only being actively read by the employees of that company, but anyone who is responsible for the 'marketing' of that company, e.g. outside vendors. Certainly these firms are bound by contract, but the stuff I've seen people ask these chatbots – health information, sexual information, highly personal stuff you might only share with your shrink... well, it's being read by the 22 year old marketing intern as well.
