Works for me! I would often prefer to avoid the ORM make-work, and just take a Perl-ish approach (in Java), processing something like List <Map <String, Object> > (emulate an array/list of hash/tuple), rather than dealing with a bunch of boiler plate classes which contain no logic what-so-ever.
