Why should that be a lonely solitary 40Hrs? > Why should a company subsidize your need to have fun at work, we're here to get a job done, not horse around on the company dime they do. Why do you think places like google and facebook have so many cafes, perks, group activities, etc. Because they know people that are friends are more productive than people who are not. people who have a good time at work and like their coworkers stick around, collaborate better, help each other more
