We were promised the same thing when we replaced our in house ERP system - the consultants NEVER left , they just cycled in and out from the same firm and the total cost were about a billion in our local currency. One of local retailers SPAR just implemented EWM - Warehouse Management - stores could not order goods from the DC of the KZN region because of it , they had to order from outside the region at greater cost. It tanked their results for the financial year.
