Trolleys in the UK and most of Europe have all four wheels turning. Except for Costco which use the US-style ones. I find it much more maneuverable, which is important in our smaller aisles. US-style ones would be a nightmare. That being said, I think both Costco and Ikea should probably conform to local standards.
