My wife has a Bernina embroidery machine and the software is simply terrible and overpriced for the upgrades you need to do - it uses a security dongle in order to operate.
- cosmotic 3y agoMy mom also uses Bernina; newer versions don't need the dongle but do install a 'driver' as part of the copy protection. She runs the software in a VMWare Fusion Windows ARM VM running on an M1 macbook air; I'm astonished that it works.
