Although I don't like the UI, the UX, and the cost, I always thought that Apple products are objectively good, i.e. they are stable. However, I've recently learned from others that that's not/no longer the case.
- CuriouslyC 3y agoI think Apple hardware is excellent. Anti-consumer, but excellent. Their software is a mixed bag and I'm not impressed with the majority of it.
- zelphirkalt 3y agoThere is a guy on YouTube, who repairs Apple devices (or laptops?), and who shows, that not even their hardware is actually good. In one specific case they built in a part, that again and again in previous models failed, in the same function. Sent in laptops for repairs with the defect did not get a better part, but instead sloppily soldered on old parts as a replacement. If I find the link withib edit allowed time, I will update this comment.
