This is what everyone should be worried about with AI. Not AGI taking over everything and murdering people. People shrugging their shoulders and being like "IDK the AI is smart and I trust it" and putting 0 effort into their jobs. There is NOTHING lawmakers can do to prevent dumb people being dumb. There is nothing anyone can do.
