I’m pretty sure I’m being filtered out by automated systems, maybe A.I. I say this because I will apply for a role where every single bullet point they are looking for is point for point listed on my resume and I’ll get back a canned rejection email not long after submitting my resume. The email wording is all the same regardless of company, and it’s happened literally hundreds of times now. I’ve all but given up on finding a new role in software. I’m applying at local factories now.
