This is very interesting but I am confused about a key aspect here. If the idea could be tested cheaply, what would be the moat for the company once it succeeds? Competitors could quickly replicate the same idea at a similar pace? Also curious, what are the current success stories?
- vdlozano 3y agoHi KuriousCat and thanks. While it's understandable to fear others stealing your idea, in practice, executing the idea often matters more than the idea itself. Most ideas require a dedicated team, resources, and a solid business plan to become a reality. Sharing your idea forces you to act swiftly and continuously improve, keeping you ahead of potential competitors. The essence of this approach is feedback and enhancement, and crucially, market validation. A prime example of success through this model, and a source of my inspiration, is the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) case of buffer.com
