Hard no to all of these, if I found out.
An interview that is just talking to a machine tells me the company really just considers me as a commodity, and likely use me, abuse me, and discard me. I would consider such company only if the price they pay is worth the "Modern Times"[0] environment, and ditch them as soon as I used them up. A horrible environment overall.
We know we can have different body-language from person to person, from family to family, from culture to culture. We all know that we can have dialects and accents even within the same country. Do LLMs have all these variances in their model accounted for?
As someone noted it - ask the right questions on the employment forms. Allow upload of entire CV as the applicant sees fit. Improve the tools to extract information from the CV, but do not "guess".

You can experimentally probe it of course to get some ideas. But in practice nobody knows it completely, and can only make semi-educated guesses, not accurate predictions. (Intentionally ignoring small/toy systems that can be fully understood)

- deepfriedchokes 3y ago> one-way video interviews > Body-language analysis > Vocal assessments Highly likely this would discriminate against neurodivergent individuals.
