It really needs to be. Russia isn't close to the diplomatic/economic reach of the US, and has to develop other means of influence. The same idea applies to most instances of asymmetrical conflict.
- lawn 3y agoThe disinformation isn't only directed at the west, but it's also on full blast towards their own citizens. And of course with enforced violence. If you refer to the war as a war, and not a "special operation", then you'll get thrown in jail. This is only needed if you're a totalitarian government.
