I wonder though if Copilot had fared better here had it been told to pay attention to accessibility. I mean, maybe it should do it by default (and maybe it could be part of its system prompt or otherwise in its material), but it's still a tool that needs some expertise for using, even if it's trying its best to trick people into believing otherwise. Ultimately I don't think there's a solution to people misusing tools. Paraphrasing sentiment I don't quite recall exactly: "If anyone can do it, then anyone will."
