- gtirloni 3y agoCongratulations on launching! I think you should tone down the marketing fluff. This text has too many buzzwords and lacks substance. Your tool is to be used by technical people who usually want understand what the product really is and not waste time translating vague terms ("digital performance monitoring", "commitment to innovation", "transcend limitations", "embark on a journey", etc). Honestly, it feels like it was generated by a not so great LLM prompt. I couldn't figure out what this was just by reading it and had to spend some time in the website to figure it out (it seems to be a PagerDuty/OpsGenie, StatusPage, UptimeRobot competitor that ingegrates with Slack/JIRA, please correct me if I'm wrong). Your website asks the question "what sets us apart?" but nothing in the answers set you apart. After reading it, I don't know what's wrong with your competitors and how you are different. Again, lack of substance and unsubstantiated claims. Hopefully I didn't come out too harsh, apologies if that was the case. It's just by initial impression of the product. I'm sure it's a capable product but you may have trouble getting noticed if you don't nail down the message.
