A personal AI chess coach
- broskifounder 3y agoi'm building a chess tutor to help me reach 2000 elo on lichess. i'm currently 1700. the app is live now, but it's trash. i'll be completely restructuring it in the next few weeks. sign up to follow the journey and try it yourself.
- hammock 3y agoHow does it work? I signed in and there’s just a board but no ai or coaching
- broskifounder 3y agothere should be a contatiner on the side for text. as you makes moves on the board the ai will comment and give you feedback/analysis. the interface is not great atm. I'll be updating it a lot next week. should make it a lot more intuitive and helpful. you'll get an email when I launch :)
- hammock 3y agoi didn't see any text on mobile. on desktop it's suggesting moves that are impossible, fyi. sending a rook to a spot that's already occupied, or castling when under check still overall pretty cool. i could see myself using this
- broskifounder 3y agoyea, i'm struggling with gpt hallucination issues. tryna find ways to limit/fix them. will be iterating on it more next week. thx for the feedback!

- broskifounder 3y agoatm its just a bot that gives you feedback on moves as you play against stockfish. it uses gpt 4 to generate comments. what i'm gonna do next week is start analyzing games. basically review your losses and find common patterns that you struggle with. goal is to let you replay positions from your games with feedback to help you improve tactics and pattern recognition.
