I didn't think jira was that bad. I did think the access control/authentication that it atlassian puts on top of it is total dogshit though. one unrelated part of our org got their instance setup with saml integration to our azure tenant and it locked us out of our unrelated instance (signed up for with our work emails) for a month while 30+ interactions with their support team got us nowhere.
