I'm always so impressed with how long MS is able to keep employees. I see so many 10-20+ year vets. I know a ton of people who have left and gone back as well.

I'm always so impressed with how long MS is able to keep employees. I see so many 10-20+ year vets. I know a ton of people who have left and gone back as well. I think it's a very millennial thing but I've barely gone past 3 years somewhere. Half our careers our salaries were controlled by 2008 and you had to job hop to get more money.
