- bradgranath 3y agoI thought this was an announcement about Google Customer Service rolling out contactable humans. No. They just want to fuck with millions of wageworkers living. Has ANYONE there EVER had to deal with support KPIs? (I'd say no, since Google doesn't offer support to regular users). Phone queues exist for a reason. If I start getting Google AI Assistants asking me to wait to connect a call, I am absofuckinglutely disconnecting that shit immediately, before my times shoot through the roof. And my manager, who is affected by that shit in aggregate from her whole team, has my back.
