It's pretty obvious why. Automation has finally come for programmers so now everyone here is anti-progress.
- fisf 3y agoThis. Many people here have a lucrative career in traditional fields, big tech, etc. Working in those fields is good. Building "products" is good (even if that only means optimizing conversion rates and pushing ads). Doing well in the traditional financial sense (stocks and USD) is good. Anything that rocks the boat (crypto, ai) is bad.
