I never knew how enjoyable instant-on hot water was until I moved into a house that had it. Now if I'm somewhere where I have to wait for the water to get hot, I'm unsatisfied. So perhaps it's easier to be satisfied when you don't know what you're missing.
- ProllyInfamous 3y agoIn designing my main kitchen and master bath/shower, I have a utility room which is adjacent to each wall. The new hybrid water heater immediately supplies hot water to both faucets, and it is such a joy (to not wait for hot water). ---- Being grateful for simple things has made my life so much better. For half of 2023, my septic had gone out (so I was using a portable toilet in the driveway for over seven months). Every time I sit on my heated porcelain toilet, I am just in heaven, now. ---- I remember reading once: the greatest determination of crime in a geographic area is based on how much wealth disparity is within the location.
