Assuming there are any, have you tried to address your concerns internally with any of the decent folks in management?
- curiouspurious 3y agoManagement is a mix of decent people and people who might lack self awareness. For the most part these concerns are heard and then people reply with either indifference or "I hear you". Either way nothing changes. This didn't come out of nowhere, we have been growing a lot
