  I don't see a license. Is this just source available?

    I’m not familiar with licenses really. I should look into that. I guess what I want is for people to be able to use it but not republish it as their own without modification.

      Take a look at https://chooser-beta.creativecommons.org/ https://chooser-beta.creativecommons.org/. It's a simple Question based selector for Creative Commons licenses. It asks you about what you want others to (not) do with your work and recommends you a license.
