China emitted about 27% in 2019 and the EU 6.6%, How much these policies will reduce that? and how much impact do you think it will have? In the mean time the Europeans and going to suffer the negative effects of this measures and see no benefits.

  No, I'm talking about degrowth. The stupid idea of reducing emissions by all means won't save the planet. We can solve the problem, we have the technology and the time.
