- ggm 3y agoI suspect more than a few RAND types spoke positively to the lessons learned in terms of warfare possibilities in EMP, and the US risk of exposure to a missile gap with the USSR. "There's always an upside to any FUBAR" would have to be a military constant. Sometimes the upside is pretty down.
